OEM / ODM Service
OEM: Bring your own design and we’ll manufacture it to your specifications.
ODM: Choose from our existing designs and customize with your branding.
Design & Tech Pack Review – We review your tech pack, sketches, or samples to confirm details, measurements, and feasibility.
Pattern Making & Grading – Patterns are developed or refined, with grading for all required sizes.
Material & Trim Sourcing – Fabrics, trims, labels, and packaging are sourced and confirmed with swatches or lab dips.
Sampling & Prototyping – Initial samples are made for fit, construction, and design approval.
Revisions & Pre-Production Sample – Adjustments are made if needed, followed by a pre-production sample for final confirmation.
Bulk Production – Approved styles go into mass production with continuous monitoring.
Quality Control Inspections – In-line QC during sewing plus final AQL inspections before packing.
Packaging & Delivery – Products are packaged (standard or custom) and shipped via your chosen logistics method.

Bulk Production: 4–8 weeks depending on order size and product category.

Quality Assurance
Each order is inspected at multiple stages of production. We start with fabric and trim verification before cutting, followed by in-line checks during sewing to monitor stitching quality and measurements. A final AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection is conducted on finishing, labeling, and packaging to ensure consistency with your approved sample. This process ensures your products meet both your specifications and international quality standards.
